FLYING LEAP
With a keen and intrinsic understanding of this breathtaking site seated along the Okanagan Valley, owner Ian MacDonald of Liquidity Wines knew exactly what the site’s potential was. His vision was to capture the views and compliment the soaring slopes.
Inspired by the dramatic site, Ply developed the master plan and architecture for an artist studio and accessory workshop building. The studio, a structural and geotechnical challenge, hovers above sculpted contours draping down towards to the valley below. The studio acts as an inspirational oasis for reflection and a place to exist in a creative state.
